Upon deletion, your profile and personal information are permanently removed. Order records and transaction data may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with legal and financial obligations. If you cannot access the app, email support@kemest.co.za with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Kemest is not intended for children under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe a child's information has been collected.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kemest mobile application and website. By accessing or using Kemest, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kemest. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Kemest does not store your full payment details. Refund and dispute policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Kemest acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kemest after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This complementary medicine has not been evaluated by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) for its quality, safety or intended use. This medicine is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Always consult a registered healthcare professional before using traditional and herbal remedies. These products are complementary remedies and do not replace professional medical advice or prescribed treatments.

Kemest operates as a marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers. Returns and refunds are handled per order — if you have a problem with an order, contact us and we will resolve it.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, returns will only be accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions — unrequested returns may not be processed.
If the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product, Kemest covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns on eligible items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.
Sellers on Kemest are responsible for accurately describing their products and for the quality of items they list. Kemest may recover the cost of a refund from a seller where the return is due to the seller's fault.
This policy does not limit your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). You always retain your statutory rights, including the right to receive goods of acceptable quality.

Kemest connects you with independent sellers across South Africa. Each seller ships directly to you. Delivery times and costs vary by seller and destination — full details are shown at checkout before you pay.
Kemest supports delivery to all major towns and cities within South Africa. Remote or rural areas may have longer delivery times or limited availability — this is indicated at checkout. International shipping is not currently supported.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Sellers aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of a confirmed order.
Shipping costs depend on the seller's location, parcel size/weight, and your delivery address. The exact fee is shown at checkout — you will always see the total cost before you pay. Some sellers offer free shipping above a set order threshold.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the Kemest app and by email. Track your parcel under Orders → Track in the app, or via the courier's website using the provided tracking number.
Sellers use reputable courier services including The Courier Guy, Paxi, Dawn Wing, Fastway (Aramex), and PostNet. The courier used is shown on your order confirmation.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, a delivery notice will be left or a second attempt made the next business day. Uncollected parcels held at a depot for more than 5 business days may be returned to the seller; a re-delivery fee may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, report it immediately via Orders → Report a Problem in the app, or email support@kemest.co.za with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not guaranteed and may incur a redirection fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
